Would recommend it to anyone looking for a personal blender at an inexpensive price point, while also being better for the environment. No issues with its appearance, it's as shown in the photos. It contains all the parts and ships in a protective box. It's a powerful blender and can tackle most of what you throw at it. Although many other reviews take issue with the sensitivity of the controls, I haven't experienced that.

It blends very quickly, only taking a few seconds to make a smoothie. It is quite loud but no different than my old Nutribullet. Very good purchase, especially for the price!

I don’t want to return it nor do I want to say that it was sent to me that way, but just making an observation. This is a beast of a machine so happy regardless.
