Seller asked me to cancel my return request so they could give a partial refund. Once cancelled, seller never sent the refund. Deceptive practices and the seller is an outright liar. Had to file an appeal since the seller chose to outright lie to me directly. Don’t let this seller ask you to cancel a return request bc they are just flat out liars.
