My issue is: Their product images show the Americas version, yet they shipped the Korean version. I only spent the money I did assuming it was the Americas version. The description lists the Korean model, but you have to know the model number to know this. I emailed them about it once it arrived, but they did not respond. Their image is still the wrong version.

Ordered it on September 30 and delivered to LA, California on October 6 which was 8 days earlier than projected. No tariffs paid is true! I have been ordering online for decades and I have never had a more pleasant experience. I can't believe my package arrived as quickly as it did to West Virginia from South Korea. I ordered on Monday evening and it was here on Thursday early afternoon. It was exactly as described and packaged perfectly! Terrific seller!!
