Honestly I've been slightly disappointed to date in the technics buds but I'm still playing around looking for the best tuning for me but the seller had the best communication keeping me informed every step of the purchase. The buds arrived quickly nicely packaged , on time and exactly as described. All in all a Great purchase from a most considerate seller.
