The 4 mounting holes are ALMOST perfect (see pictures). One side the holes line up perfect, the opposite side the holes are off slightly, which causes a drag on the thumb screw threads. The screw caps also come off, too. But I can't really complain about that, it was nice when 2 of the caps came off and left the threads behind. They acted as line up pins. Overall, great tool.

Fedex torn part of the box open while shipping it so the bolts fell out but i contacted the seller and they were so fast to fix the issue. Highly recommend! A+
