They created a label and took pics to make it seem that they were “packing it up” but it never made it to UPS. They did issue a refund but I just don’t believe for a second they ever shipped it out. If it arrives on my doorstep one day, I will make sure to update this feedback! But until then, my opinion still stands.

The specs promised are the specs i got. However, i did a serial number look up on this model and they have some possible Frankenstein-laptop stuff going on, my serial # pointed towards a I9-13900H & 4080m from Dell, not the I7-13700HX w/4070m i bought: So maybe Motherboard swapping & etc. Appearance is great with one tiny scratch. 9/10
