I know the listing says it was made by Alps in Japan, but the box says KCI and other listings appear for "791K Rare KPI Pea-Cock" with a similar box. Can find no record of a company called KPI that made these types of toys and it looks nearly identicial (other than the box) to the "Proud Peacock" made by Alps. A mystery!
