Some damage to the packaging from not being insulated with anything soft, but the edges do not appear damaged. For the price, not bad. I would warn any future purchasers that this board DOES need a 10th gen cpu to do an initial BIOS update, if you plan on using an 11th gen cpu. It will NOT update out-of-box with an 11th gen cpu. Also did not come with the original m.2 hardware, and seller only provided enough for one of the two slots.
