However, the listing said an external power supply was included but none was delivered. I had to call Sweetwater. Initially they tried to tell me I did not need it. After I convinced them that it was necessary, then they agreed to send it. Slightly annoying and took extra time and effort but in the end, it was all good.

They even put a bag full of candy in the box which is a nice touch. I highly recommend this seller and company. Probably going to buy a second speaker from them. This is definitely a 5 star company when it comes to customer service and experience. My friend used them years ago and he was right about them being a great company. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
