It was packaged very well. I will say that the delivery was slower than expected. I ordered on June 9th, didn't get picked up until the 13th and I received it on the 18th. Great deal, they weren't advertised as brand new but they look like it. They were packaged with care and a little note (nice touch). The shoes were exactly as the picture and I think the shipping was free but I would've been happy to pay a fair price for shipping considering how much I saved on "new" Hoka's.
