Cards plus the box was not sealed it only had a little peace of scotch tap the box. Had no plastic or srink wrap around it what so ever plus the cards came in a hundred and fourth four single packs that had some funky little dots on them looked like some kinda reseal. First off - we do not reseal anything and everything is 100% genuine. Shipped in from Japan, from a reputable dealer. Second - All Japanese One Piece boxes are sealed exactly the way yours was sealed. They do not shrink wrap One Piece in Japan like it's English counterparts.
