Although pleasant when she FINALLY responds to communication, her communication is the worst as is her service. I finally had to get ebay to step in. I do not recommend her as a seller. First she ignored an offer. Then I bought her item and she took a week to create a tracking number. Then it sat for 10 days and was not shipped until I had to get ebay involved. I am not a business and I just try to do my best when selling my own pieces of clothing from my wardrobe, and sometimes life including caregiving duties takes over completely. I know you wanted the jacket, but unfortunately it got lost in the mail, and I sent a full refund to you as soon as I was able to do that. I find your feedback deeply disappointing, in light of my apology and doing all I could to rectify the situation.
