  Fast delivery, brand new in box, and exactly what I needed for my 2016 ford explorer. It is a recalled item that Ford was supposed to fix but it's been on back order and when I saw this one and the price, I definitely had to get it! It was very affordable and fit just right. Not only that, after it was replaced, one side fell off in the highway again I'm not sure why BUT I reached out to them and they responded very quickly and within 2 days they sent me out a new one! Amazing customer service!

  Black out!!! Product was delivered today. Product whole undamaged and newly purchased carton in cardboard. Dealer let me know that we had communication that they delivered and what I promised I'd do in faith a perfect transaction. Thank you. I deal strategically free from behind but I give 5 stars.
