I asked a question regarding height of the shaft and it was never answered. Communication needs improvement. Overall experience: 4 out of 5 stars.

Seller packed everything each individually, wrapped the lids with tape and bubble wrapped each bottle, Styrofoam on bottom and top of box. I've read customers complaining that items leaked which isn't the sellers fault bit the shippers who maybe threw the box around, mine never leaked.
