Turns out that the written instructions apparently weren't clear enough for a senior, followed his instructions and it cleared up the problem. Also a great price, saved $150+ over the big box store price.

I have bought hundreds of cards, and this is the 1st to ever have been shipped without a top loader case. I am truly amazed it survived the mail. Other than that everything was good.
