No protective sleeve, wasn’t shipped in a vinyl record parcel box; just wrapped in a plastic bag and wrapped around a repurposed, normal cardboard box. Normally I wouldn’t care but this is a rare item and it wasn’t cheap, also the shipping, so I’d expect it to be properly packaged.
