  Everything to do with my order went great. The shipping was quick, the printer was very well packaged and everything was exactly as described. The value of this printer is far greater than the price I paid which was just over $100 less than if new. The printer box was not included, as advertised, however I was fortunate to see the printer had never been used! I would absolutely work with this seller again. No issues and great service!
