This was no fault of the sellers. Issues are common with United States, Postal Service, and unfortunately, sometimes packages never make it to their destination. The seller was proactive, immediately refunded, and genuinely seem to care. The card I ordered had some issues that weren't apparent in the scan due to the nature of the tech, but once it was validated that it was the same card in question they were open to finding a solution.
