Whereas , on other pipe cutters that I have, the adjusting slide which clamps to the pipe is ridged, where ever it is adjusted to, this one wiggles left and right, and up and down. It's action is like a pipe wrench, not a cutter. I did not communicate with seller. I should have known better than to expect a functional pipe cutter for $40.

I reported this to the seller. They sent a new case of caps that arrived very quickly, in good condition, no arguments, no problems. These people are great! I highly recommend buying from them.
