The head doesn't require a screw like the OEM part to secure the fly bar, it snaps into place and seems to hold well. A little tricky to get the fly-bar in. The key is to insert the fly bar with the nubs parallel to the shaft and then rotate the fly bar into place.

The kit appeared as it did in the listing photos, new in a factory sealed box in mint condition. As usual with this seller, I'm very pleased with my purchase and I continue to highly recommend them. They are a top-notch Seller with great prices, but they should protect the envelope shipping a bit better in my opinion. They are also very communicative and do give the option for returns.
