I don’t know if you know this but on my CD multi 300 disc player there is a switch at the back of unit for remote control, I was about to return the remote as I could not get it to work but then I moved the switch at the back of my CD player and the remote control works fully functions. I would add this for your customers to do,I have never ever used this switch

I ordered a new remote and there was a problem but the seller instantly told me it was out of stock and suggested an alternative new compatible remote which was slightly cheaper. They refunded the difference in money and sent through the alternative new replacement which worked perfectly...just as they said it would! Excellent Customer Service- Sorting a problem with a solution! Thanks so much
