This item looks genuine and all markings on pistonrings look real, but according to the QR code this is not a genuine Mahle product. I have been in contact with seller and he has answerd all my questions and assures me this is a real Mahle product. We were surprised that QR verification did not worked and contacted MAHLE to find out why. There was an issue with their database that was fixed after providing pictures and codes from box and parts that was inside the box. Remember that we are here always to help you.

Their listing for these valves say that thets the BMW/Mini N18B16A engine, in both the listing and yet again in the more exacting full description. This caused issue at the machine shop that tried to install these valves that DO NOT FIT the N18 engine. On top of that, the company representative continually tried to shift blame to me with multiple insults and total disrespect toward the buyer, the worst I've experienced on ebay in 15 years.
