The seller took proactive action with USPS to determine the cause for such an abnormal delay. First time for me this has ever happened with an EBay purchase. The problem is that pictures are heavily influenced by lighting or editing, so the actual card looks very different when it arrives. Still, the seller communicated quickly, even issued a partial refund for the shipping, and the card itself was in excellent condition. Because of this, I left Positive feed back.
