Searched forever to find extension cables for the newer v4 Hue strips and these were just the ticket. Only thing I couldn't buy from anywhere were the cut-end extensions, so I just bought more of these and soldered my own connectors directly to the contact points.

I explained what I was looking for, thinking they'd never understand me trying to describe what I was unsure was even a thing. They replied immediately, confirmed they could help, and I ordered straight away. Sure enough, as quick as anything the part arrives and IT WORKED! Absolutely over moon and saved me a ton of money by helping with the little part I needed. Best service I've had in years!!!
