This was unfortunate, as it's one of the replacements I ordered this package for. I just ended up painting over one of the other keycaps and using it that way, without a label on it. Attention needs to be made to properly package and verify the set. This was not done. QA is lacking. I am giving it one additional star, because the delivery time was reasonable.

There was an issue with the original item received, however the store was extremely diligent in quickly understanding the error, and shipping out a replacement to resolve the problem. Coordinator was extremely polite and apologetic, and the replacement even arrived before the original expected delivery date. Would highly recommend this team for purchases in the future.
