If buying from this seller, be prepared to open and clean the controller, mine had sticky keys in addition to the alignment issue.

The packaging was very thorough to protect from any possible damage during shipping. There are no issues with the memory port or the UMD drive. The 5 free games are also working, but they are in Japanese so I cannot understand them.
