I followed the tracking and on the 16th I saw the tracking which stated the item had been delivered Aug 15. If it was delivered it was NOT to my mailbox nor was it in the mailboxes of my rural route neighbors. How do I resolve this issue? I have been unable to reach either seller or transporter.

The disk worked perfectly. There was no skipping or anything. I would say that the condition of the disk was one step away from it being new. Other than the slight crack on the front cover (as noted in the description), the rest of the cover looked spectacular.
