Resolved next working day with new part sent out. Part arrived next day so all good. This seller was brilliant with communication and service. They were extremely helpful. These benches are great especially as gifts as you can see ours which i did as a memorial bench.

Had to contact supplier to query the delivery, who sent back an email 3pm on a Friday stating office closed until Monday morning. Arrived 20.33pm on the second day, so spent x2 days waisted waiting for the delivery. Courier opened the box before delivering the parcel. Will not be ordering from this supplier again.
