Purchased a "new" CD/radio for my older Cadillac to replace my nonfunctional CD player but still be true original. Unfortunately the new CD didn't work either. I chalk it up to age as the unit appeared pristine cosmetically. Seller was responsive after my install and receptive to a partial refund without issue. Prompt response and refund. Couldn't ask for more since the issue wouldn't be evident until install. Radio works 👍🏼.
