I messaged with photos to prove this and they tried to offer me 40% refund to fix, I refused this and they send a replacement, when it arrived it was also covered in scuffs and scratches, I was told by them these are minor and to keep using the fan and offered 15% then 20% refund as compensation… I just sent them back their junk for a full refund!
