Did I also mention that they didn’t even put any labels on the box where they could have put “fragile handle with care”. Nothing. After all the stress and back forth they made me send it back without even offering me that they could send me a replacement or apologizing for the inconvenience. Would not buy their cheap product.Antwort von wj_mart- Verkäufer wj_mart hat auf Bewertung reagiert.- Verkäufer wj_mart hat auf Bewertung reagiert.Once contacted by the buyer, we started RMA protocol to confirm with video recording to make sure the item was brand new before packaging and shipping, since the photo provided by the buyer showed a damaged item, we then provided return label for the item to ship back our US warehouse for inspection, once approved, the buyer received a full refund. At the end this transaction, we lost the item, paid for both shipping and buyer got a full refund, scammers sounds like a harsh word against us.
