Item shipped but either seller didn’t send FedEx all paperwork or something because once the package finally reached the US FedEx held it in clearance delay/import customs. I personally had to send paperwork in and eventually they released my package. We tried to reach out to the buyer, he then did not reply and just left us an unethical negative feedback. SELLERS BEWARE!!!!!!

Our CS team made every effort to assist the buyer including offering new return label to return the item for full refund. Unfortunately, buyer ceased all communication, left negative feedback and closed their own account. Beware!!!!
