The only problem I’d say is, and I’m not blaming it entirely on the seller, but I ordered 2 cars from the seller, BOTH of them came in a little box, or sleeve if you want to call it that, attached to things that hold the cars down. The cars were unattached to the holder, and I’m assuming it happened in shipping, but point being it wasn’t securely on.

As soon as it is taken off the charger it shuts off and even the button on the back can’t get it to turn back on. Didn’t even get to use it once. We did not open packaging nor test it as it was in a Retail Packaging. Manufacturer errors do occur and we stand behind the product. Offered to replace car to buyer and no reply from them as of yet. We are here for whatever they want to do :)

(It's kind of rare to find) It's a used Track Ball I bought for parts, BUT I missed that the description stated that a button was bad. I noticed after I used it for a bit. When I asked the seller, they explained that it was noted in the description - Oops... I looked & it was there, and the pics show it was that way too The seller still offered to let me return it or get some money back..! So I said sorry, no I messed up. then it would be unfair to you.
