As such it was removed and returned immediately and my old one was re-fitted in order to be able to gain access. I then went to Volvo and purchased the official part costing £268 (£100 more) and had the Volvo part fitted the following day. I'm annoyed as I had to go to my Garage twice and also pay for the job doing twice. After returning the part I awaited the statutory 3 days to get my refund.

The parcel was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address while I was working away, so by the time I got back to my studio the seller’s 30-day return window had already passed. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a replacement, my messages were ignored/denied.
