I always pack things to arrive safely, and I went above and beyond for her according to her exact wishes. She claimed it broke and wanted a partial refund... I offered a full refund/return. But she insisted on keeping them and threatened me with a negative if I didn't comply... So I got my first negative in 2 years. There are worse things I suppose.
