It required significant repairs just to get it functional, which cost me extra time and money that I hadn’t planned for. This is not what I expect when buying used equipment – especially when the seller failed to disclose the true condition. Communication was also lacking when I reached out about the problems. The stated that the rollers quit working and were taking it to the Manufacturer to have it looked at and stated "Everything else works fine. The problem just is that it's not spinning the rollers." 4 days later they send me a repair estimate for a dropped machine and want us to pay for half of the repairs. They reported no damage when it was delivered and I have photos to prove it wasn't damaged
