Contacted seller right away. Seller had insurance with UPS and said once UPS picksup then refund will be issued. Its 8th day and UPS has not contacted us for return etc. I took day off from work , and had to pay installation person , as he had blocked his time. Wasted all the money No refund of $908.34 yet. I initiated an insurance claim as soon as was contacted, I have no control over how long it takes UPS to follow up, I have sent the buyer receipt of the insurance claim. The boxes used were double wall, rated for the weight of the item, & it was double boxed. The fact that they seem "flimsy" is on the handling job of UPS.
