Upon opening the box the seller was found to have sent a different standard floor lamp and not the one pictured or described in the listing shown from which I had purchased it from. After contact with the seller within 24 hours a refund was given for the error A great Ebayer it's how Ebay should work. I recommend this seller and will continue to purchase from them thankyou

Parcel was due to be delivered between 12.30 and 2.30 pm, come 3pm checked tracking and Evri said it had been securely delivered to my address. No it hadn't and i had been in all day. I phoned Evri to query it and left a voicemail. Then later at 6pm knock at the door and there was my parcel. So as a delivery company Evri is a bit lacking. Apart from that parcel well packed size as described and good value.
