In my experience, I have not encountered a better example of post-sale customer service than this instance. I would not hesitate to do business with BBB again or recommend them to anyone. Nice job!

After a quick assembly and seat height adjustment the bike performed beautifully on a practice CX course. Seller communication throughout the transaction was quick and all questions were answered. I couldn't be happier with this ebay bicycle purchase, which can sometimes not go as well. I highly recommend this seller.
