They used packing tape on the cardboard packaging (I removed it very carefully, but still ripped a little bit) and sent it in a bubble mailer causing crumpled corners. Order on 10/14 didn't ship out until 10/20, otherwise the shipping was quite quick after it was shipped out. Game disc was loose in case, luckily the disc was fine on arrival. Thank you! 10/24/25

Had an issue with a shipment getting lost at no fault of this seller. Tracked the package which stopped updating at USPS. Was promptly refunded once I contacted the seller in less than 24 hours. Will still consider buying other items from this seller since there's other titles I'm interested in without hesitation (and great customer service!)
