Have used this company previously and always been pleased with the goods and service provided. Delivery by Evri very poor though, supplier had paid for next day delivery but this item took 6 days to arrive. Andy from customer relations was very good, I still don't know what happened to the item (Hopefully returned to seller) but this is in know way a reflection on the Hardware company but down to Couriers

Unfortunately, the plastic box containing the screws was badly cracked at the base. However, I do not believe this to be a result of bad packing by seller as the box was padded with bubble wrap. More likely that damage occurred during transit handling.
