When I received the package, I discovered it was damaged even though it was very well packaged. The damage occurred possibly while it was being shipped and no fault of the seller. When I notified the seller, they immediately took action. Unfortunately, I decided the statue was not for me and I requested a refund. The seller immediately refunded the total cost. During the process, the seller was responsive, courteous, and supportive.
