The advertised "maximum range 100 miles" is unrealistic due to the Earth's curvature, which limits most over-the-air signals to around 70 miles. Given its small size, the antenna is likely only effective for very short distances, maximum 15 miles, and a powerful attic or roof-mount antenna would be a more suitable choice for achieving the stated range.
