Some hiccups with sending to places in Canada without direct service by DHL, but customer service was helpful in informing about the issue, which was resolved by the buyer locally. The car part was identified only from the photo of the original broken part, not from the OEM number, but it worked.

However, the seller paid the import duties on the item. Which is a lot less aggravation and time wasted, than having me billed for them, then submitting a check, waiting for it to clear, and on. I'm happy with the item, and the service I received. The fact of the matter is, I couldn't even buy this part here in the US. And trust me, I looked everywhere.
