The three kites in a video within the listing show the kites are not already to fly as a train because not everyone wants to do that, again, shown in the video within listing. If the buyer had thought the shipping cost was a bit high then why didn't they contact me? Sorry I can't answer that..... Sellers can't service the buyers unless the buyers contact the seller!
