When I tried wearing them with shoes my toes felt weird sticking out. I tried wearing them over another pair of socks but that made my shoes too tight. So, I wear them at night to bed and they help with the swelling in my feet. They are worth a try, but I wouldn't buy the open toe design again. But that's just me. They do what they're meant to do.

I have been using this same brand for the past 6 years, they are good quality and fairly priced and also easy and safe to use with my dogs. Would purchase again.
