The only thing they need to reconsider is how they package items. My book was sent in a thin soft plastic envelope without any padding, so offered little protection during shipping. Generally I was happy with the overall outcome though. Thank you!

Great communication, along with a good range, very competitive prices, and a fast turnaround time. This CD arrived in pristine condition, but I do need to mention that it wasn't well packaged (other discs from them had very damaged cases). But it's important to point out that when things go wrong, their customer care is excellent.
