I wasn't sure of the LED lights I needed, sent pics of everything I could to help them out. we were back and forth for a couple of days. they assured me they would send the right ones. They did that and it arrived 5 days early, Putting it back together an advised that if I needed any else I will contact them, ie. T com board or anything. GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, CAN'T SAY ENOUGH, THANK YOU, AGAIN & AGAIN.

Namely, the LED lighting for the TV arrived damaged, but not through the seller's fault, but during transport, because you can clearly see that the package was opened and inadequately closed. The seller offered to send another product, which I did not agree to because I had lost my nerve and the will to repair the TV. The seller sent back all the money, including shipping.
