Unknowing that the "mail" was sent to my email. I got very concerned and contacted them. They responded very quickly and helped me through the process. MHO please be kind to seniors with more info! 😊

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
