A full refund was offered after recovering the item or they could send the item I originally purchased after recovery. I ended up with a refund and shipped the item back with no additional cost.

I received a call from the seller, very apologetic, explaining that there was a mixup with inventory. I was told that they ordered more, and would send it out the next day. I was thanked for my patience, and given another apology. I received my item a couple days later. Nice customer service, and a great tool.
